Founder & CEO, iRepresent
Badmus Toheeb Ademola is the Founder and CEO of iRepresent, a platform dedicated to empowering creatives, entrepreneurs, footballers, and young talents with opportunities to grow, succeed, and build lasting wealth.
Raised in Apete, Ibadan, Toheeb began his journey as a street rapper while in Primary 6. As an aspiring artist, he experienced firsthand the struggles many young creatives face — being required to pay DJs and MCs just to perform and showcase their talent. These experiences inspired him to become a music producer, and today he operates his own professional music studio, providing artists with a creative space to record, produce, and develop their craft.
Through his journey, he realized that without owning the right platforms and opportunities, many talented individuals remain limited by the industry. Witnessing friends earn substantial income at a young age but struggle to create lasting financial security strengthened his vision. He founded iRepresent to provide solutions by creating platforms that connect talent with opportunities, investors, and sustainable career growth. His belief is simple: no talented person should have to pay for the chance to be discovered, and success should be managed to create lasting wealth.
Toheeb attended New Eden Wisdom School, Apete, Mavade College, Ayegun, and Ansar-Ud-Deen High School, Eleyele. He studied Art Design and Painting Technology at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and later earned a degree in Political Science from ISM Adonai University, Benin Republic. He also proudly completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), serving Nigeria for one year.
Today, through iRepresent, he is committed to building businesses, developing football talent, supporting artists, promoting content creators, and creating opportunities that inspire the next generation of leaders.
Toheeb's journey began in Apete, Ibadan, performing as a street rapper — and running into a problem many young artists face: paying DJs and MCs just for the chance to perform.
That experience pushed him toward music production, and eventually his own professional studio — a space where artists could record and develop their craft without the same barriers.
Seeing talented friends earn well young but struggle to build lasting security, Toheeb founded iRepresent to connect talent with opportunities, investors, and sustainable career growth.
Alongside the business, Toheeb studied Art Design & Painting Technology at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, earned a degree in Political Science from ISM Adonai University, and completed a full year of NYSC service to Nigeria.
Today iRepresent spans studio services in Lagos and Ibadan, artist management, the Artist Split Fire Podcast, the iRepresent Clothing Brand, football talent development, and — soon — Wealth & Investment.
In collaboration with local partners, iRepresent has sponsored and hosted 5-a-side football tournaments to spot, support, and reward young football talent.
